Quarter Peal – The Remembrance Peal

St Michael’s & All Angels, Heavitree rang a quarter peal of 1260 changes of Grandsire Triples. The composition was created by Sgt Albert Wakely while serving in the trenches and is known as the Remembrance Peal. The event took place at 19:05 on 11.11.18 to commemorate the signing of the armistice.
