St. Deiniol’s Church, Hawarden will be ringing their bells at 10.30am preceding the service at the Cenotaph, then again at 12.30pm and again at 19.05 after the lighting of the beacon.

Armistice Remembrance Concert

9 November, 2018 – St. Mary’s Church, 21 St. Mary’s Street, Shrewsbury, SY1 1DX

Evening concert featuring choir and soloists and readings from World War One including an Act of Remembrance. Proceeds to The Royal British Legion and The Churches Conservation Trust, for St. Mary’s Church Heating Fund. Refreshments available in the interval. Tickets £5 available from the door or in advance from St. Mary’s Church. Doors open 6.30pm.

Tallarn Green Remembers…

10 November, 2018 – Tallarn Green Village Hall, Tallarn Green, Nr Malpas, Cheshire, SY14 7LL

The Village Hall will host a Pop-Up museum, entertainment, talks and lots of historical displays for all to enjoy. This event is free to attend from 1.30pm on Saturday 10th November. Followed by a Remembrance Service at Peters Memorial Chapel from 10.30am on Sunday 11th November. All Welcome.
